Shipping policy

Organised Chaos offers worldwide shipping. The delivery costs will be determined by the location of the delivery address. For example, the rates for USA shipping methods will not be the same as the ones for European countries and so on.

Depending on your location and your selected shipping method, from the moment we receive your order until we ship it and you get it delivered, it can take from 2-7 up to 5-20 days.

Orders are processed and delivered from Monday-Friday, except the national holidays. You must be aware that some orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Customs, duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that governments of different countries impose, and not Organised Chaos. Organised Chaos is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Due to the fact that we ship worldwide, some of our customers may be asked to pay additional duties and taxes to a courier before the shipment is delivered.

Governments tax shipments from other countries because they want to:
1. Protect domestic companies from foreign competitors
2. Control the flow of certain products
3. Raise revenue through taxes

DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

Organised Chaos is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. It is mandatory that photos of the damaged products will be included in the claim.

Any claims for damaged/defective items or wishes for returns must be submitted within 14 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Please note that ORGANISED CHAOS does not cover shipping and handling costs for returns.

You will be refunded once we receive the product ourselves. Make sure to keep all the packaging materials, due to the fact that this is where the return address will be written on.
